Allied Electronics, a trading brand of Electrocomponents plc (LSE: ECM), was recently recognized by Honeywell Sensing and Control with an Innovative Marketing Communications Award – Silver. Allied was selected for the award because of integrated marketing strategies used to promote the Honeywell brand to internal and external customers.

Presented in April 2013 at the Allied corporate office in Fort Worth, Texas, the award was accepted by Allied President Scott McLendon, Vice President of Marketing Dan Stewart, Vice President of Sales Mark Simon, Vice President of Product Management Frank Cantwell, Product Marketing Manager John Overholt and Product Manager Tammy Tener.
