The symposium is scheduled for Tuesday, December 10, 2013 in Irving, Texas. This powerful one-day event will address the increasing challenges facing aerospace and defense manufacturers caused by counterfeit parts entering the supply chain.
The symposium will provide a technical forum for procurement and quality professionals, supply chain managers, component engineers and others to openly explore the topics of identification, risk assessment, avoidance protocols, test methodologies and compliance.
Phil Zulueta, Chair of the SAE G-19 Counterfeit Avoidance Standards Committee is slated to deliver the keynote address. A series of panel discussions is scheduled from top thought leaders within the industry, government and military segments.
