Lytica is pleased to announce that Martin Sendyk has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer, with current President & CEO Mark Tayles transitioning to EVP of Sales & Customer Success.
Martin Sendyk is a high-tech executive and entrepreneur with twenty years of international experience. He has held senior level positions with large global companies such as Assent Compliance, Irdeto, Nortel, Motorola, and Newbridge. He has also held CEO and founding roles with innovative medium-sized firms and start-ups. Martin is a results-driven leader whose major strengths include Product Development, Business Planning and Sales.

Martin was recently responsible for all aspects of Assent’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform where he developed a discipline around large data driven B2B SaaS solutions, Cloud and AI. Passionate about growing companies, Martin is a strong proponent of high- performance team-based culture and innovation. A “40 under Forty” award winner and a Registered Professional Engineer. Martin holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from the University of Ottawa and an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Calgary.
